I've been holding creative spaces for participants to explore, express and connect for over 7 years. My workshops tend to fuse aspects of intuitive, creative writing with nature connection and cyclical living. I am fascinated with the ability writing has to establish a deeper intimacy with our internal worlds, and how we can use this to reflect on our place in our environment as part of nature, not outside of it.
 
I have worked with varying members of the community in a range of different environments, including schools, care homes, festivals and events, including Medicine festival and Buddhafield. I have degrees in Creative Writing (BA Hons) and Songwriting (MA).
